The case of Venezuela is getting worse by day and by night, just like Syria's war started out before it turned into a Global Concern. Right now there is hyperinflation in the south American Country, meaning it costs a million Bolivar to get a household item, a basket of grocery cost millions which an average citizen cannot afford.
One of the tools of war is hunger, to cripple any Nation Economy, the currency first will be rendered useless, afterward, things become extremely expensive and the middle to lower class becomes the first victims of war. Venezuela just like Syria is a country that had been subjected to acute economic austerity to build up to the crisis- war.
What Bolivar could Buy
For anyone who needed in understanding hyperinflation in Venezuela, the above pictures should help you understand what is going on in there and how many helpless people go hungry because they could not afford to buy what they want to eat.

Human rights have been constantly abused in the Latin American Country, the country is enduring runaway inflation, food shortages, and political upheaval, disingenuous polarisation is on display while the true story is constantly hidden from the rest of the World.

War is war, whether a fully-blown one or a build up just like the case of Venezuela. Maybe the Western powers are the ones master-minding the Nicolas Maduro Government to the brink of total collapse of the Country or its just one of the signs of end time. There are several columns stating that entire brouhaha is a US-backed confection, a neoliberal conspiracy to overthrow progressive governments that are making a difference in that continent and any other continent of the World.
