Twelve giant warships are sailing to Syria, which is considered to be the largest US Navy military action ever since the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

The USS Harry S Truman air carrier, carrying over 90 aircraft, is being accompanied by five large warships that have moved towards Europe and the Middle East
Four other warships are believed to be close to the Mediterranean Sea, including Donald Cook, Porter, Carney and Laboon, as well as two Georgia submarines Georgia and John Warner.
The sailing of 12 giant American battles on an important mission along with six aircraft carriers is considered to be the largest military move since the invasion of Iraq in 2003.
In recent days, tensions between the United States and Russia over Syria have grown, with US officials blaming President Bashar al-Assad for chemical attacks on civilians, while Russia categorically denies these allegations by defending Assad.
