Paul & the Christian warrior: Put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. Ephesians 6:11

The letter to the Ephesians is probably a letter written by the apostle Paul to some Churches in Asia Minor, but later the Church of Ephesus, which was founded by the apostle, was identified as its recipient. In this city the apostle resided during his second and third missionary journey, carrying out important missionary work spreading the message of Lord Jesus as occurred in the Greek city of Corinth.
In this letter, the apostle highlighted the importance of the spiritual love (Agape) and the unity of the believers as distinctive charisms of the Church in communion with Lord Jesus, and with these words, the apostle of the gentiles taught about the issue: "Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults because of your love. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit" Ephesians 4:2-3.
But also when speaking of these beautiful gifts the apostle spoke of the price to pay for them, because spiritual warfare exists and cannot be forgotten. The Kingdom of God, the dominion or empire of God's perfections, as taught by Jesus demands a fundamental choice; nobody can be on good terms with God and with the devil at the same time; righteousness ("Do to others what you would have them do to you" Matthew 7:12) and sin as paths are completely divergent, no person can worship two masters at the same time Jesus taught with wisdom. And about this spiritual fact the apostle was clear: "Being greedy, indecent, or immortal is just another way of worshiping idols. You can be sure people who behave in this way will never be part of the kingdom that belongs to Christ and to God" Ephesians 5:5.
This is why Paul metaphorically compared every Christian, every believer in the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, to a spiritual warrior, because the snares of the evil one are at every step: "Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God's armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil" Ephesians 6:10-11.
This idea of spiritual warfare in Paul is a demonstration that one cannot enter the Kingdom of God with doubts but with certainties, because the weak are threatened by the greatest spiritual danger that causes the majority to fail: inconstancy and lack of firmness.
