Indian Exclusive: Water is less poison in Ganga, know why

In Kashi, less water and pollution has become more poisonous. Pollution has reached a fatal level, instead of meeting the city of Varanasi in Varuna and Asi river (now NAGVA NALA) in Ganges.

The reason for the increase in pollution in NAGVA is to close down the small drains falling in the Ganges and join them to the Nava Nala.

Ganga bathing difficult in the middle of Shiva between Shiva

There are many people like Bhola Maharaj, Shivkant Pandey and Rajesh Pandit, who now go to the bath on Hanuman Ghat instead of Eighty and Tulsi Ghats.

Hydrologist Prof. BD Tripathi expressed surprise at the claims of reducing pollution in Ganga at the administration level. Said that there are only three plants (STP) with 102 MLD capacity for treatment of seawater falling in the Ganges. While 375 MLD sewerage daily is coming out in Varanasi. It has polluted water of 75 MLD industrial units. I assume that the three plants of Dinapur (80 MLD), Bhagwanpur (12 MLD) and DLW (10 MLD) are working on full capacity, even then 102 MLD sewerage treatments are being made. The remaining 273 MLD sewers are going to the Ganges only.

Whatever the claims about the falling of the drains in the Ganga, the reality is that small gates are now falling directly into the Ganges from many places. The first river from north to south is falling directly into the Ganges on the ferries. In addition to this, Narayan Ghat, Jalasen Ghat, Verma Ghat, one each from Sakkha Ghat and three drains from Trilochan Ghat are falling in the Ganga. Apart from this, Nishadaraj Ghat, Chauki Ghat, Pandey Ghat is also being found in Ganga through the sewer drains of houses.
