In April, 2014 Nick Lyon failed at his job to inform the public that the water in Flint, Michigan was undrinkable. Nearly 100 people got sick of Legionnaires’ disease and 12 of them died.

Nick Lyon insisted that the Legionnaire's outbreak was caused by McLaren hospital. But an associate professor at Wayne State University, Dr. Paul Kilgore, stressed to Lyon the necessity of testing the Flint water supply. In response Lyon said "they have to die of something."
This is the largest investigation in Michigan's History. They have charged fifteen people so far in the case. On Wednesday Nick Lyon (Director of Department of Health and Human Services), Darnell Earley (Flint emergency manager) and three other government officials were charged with involuntary man slaughter. Dr. Eden Wells was also charged with lying to a police officer and obstruction of justice.
It only took three years but I guess miracles can happen. Of course the cynic in me thinks they probably won't serve much time.
