well as water can dilute secreted acids but
gastric acidity is dynamically controlled and
acid secretion will be adjusted regarding gastric
PH.
If consumed propor tionate
(regarding the
viscosity of food,
acid production ability of stomach etc) water can be beneficial
for digestion.Water and other liquids help
break down food so that the body can absorb
the nutrients, while it can be harmful in case
it is consumed at higher amounts.
