Here is one of the best investments I made this last year, my water distiller.
I got mine from make water pure
https://www.makewaterpure.co.uk/
I made sure to get the one with the glass jug.
Here is an example of how a few days water looks inside the distiller . That murky limescale water would all be inside of me if I was drinking it out of the tap.
I have always been worried about the quality of water that I drink, tap water can contain estrogen, flouride and other harmful chemicals. This isn't great for health and also flouride calicifies our pineal gland and dimishes our conection to self and our intution. I have been debating a distiller for some time now and am so happy I made the switch!
I made a video with some of the results I had from my distiller in the video below.
The only one downside to distilling is the time it takes, it takes about 3 hours to filter through and then a further 1/2 hours to chill as it comes out hot, not just warm but hot as it's been boiled. I try my best to stack up a few bottles in the fridge so I don't run out. I also add a few drops of concentrace to my water, I read arguments for both sides. Some people say we should get enough nutrients in our diet if we eat well and don't need to readd minerals but I didn't want to take chances so for now I add a few drops of concentrace and store my water in the fridge in glass bottles.
This is the brand of re mineraliser I have been using
