hey guys...
if you stay in Bali near Ubud for a few days and dont now what to do, i really recommend the hidden secret waterfall "Kanto Lampo".
Its the best place for you if you don
t like to much tourism.
If you go by yourself you may only find the Kanto Lampo waterfall which was really nice and special...
this Photo was taken in the low season, if you come in the rainy season you can find the waterfall at the double size than this pic shows.
here my tipp for you
take a guide at the entrance from the waterfall and ask for the special waterfall named Angel fall...
At the day we arrived the area we were the only two people in the whole jungle, it was a little bit spooky.
no tourists anywhere..
only two locals guys sat on an old boards crate and smoke all the time. If we passed them they asked us which waterfall we wanted to see. We dinds knew the name from the second hidden waterfall but give him to understand that we were searching this special one. He said that we can
t go alone because we wouldnt find the correct way and it`s getting dark very soon.
normally you have to be carefully with those guys in asia, ( even more when he said at the half of the way, you have now leave your backpacks here in the bushes and we swim a short part)
but we knew it was a good decision to follow him. (we never found this without him)
.. after 20 minutes ca. walking through the water and the slippery stone we saw the first water trickle down the big walls on the side.
and so deeper we walked every 5 meters another beautifull waterfall crosses our way. For the big one we have had to swim trough the water to reach the last part named Angel waterfall. This was a holy place for the people there and it was the only waterfall which water you could drink.
As we go back after enjoying this nice place we take a second to stop at a little temple in the jungle on the other side from the river to thank the holy ghosts for this experience.
Than we go to the something better known waterfall Kanto Lampo.
follow me and we see us at the next waterfall...
