The annual Mankato River Ramble in Southern Minnesota includes waterfalls, trails through the woods, and pie! With friends and lots of pit stops, cycling the 40-ish miles felt easy.

There's a lot of great trails down in Mankato. Wish we had the same in Marshall when I was there...
