Waves (WAVES) is complex blockchain ecosystem where users can create their own tokens. It was therefore, initially, focused on supporting ICO (Initial Coin Offering) projects. However, Waves (WAVES), has decided to launch a project to support developers and startups building on its decentralised platform. Waves (WAVES) via twitter made the following announcement;
