Cryptocurrencies with potential; waves

After reading alot in forums, mainly bitcointalk.org, there seem to be a coin that is private with an inbuilt decentralized exchange and that will release support for smart-contracts soon.

WAVES, although some growth has been seen, it has not reached its potential.
