The @we-are upvote system has been unable to attract a community manager and has been going into hibernation.
The server system will continue to run and upvote current members but will not actively seek out new communities. Current community admins may add or remove members.
A lot of minor voting accounts have been deactivated and are now powering down. The proceeds of the power downs will be powered up to the @we-are account.
