SAINT LOUIS, MO, MAY 26, 2021 - Mobile Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Fitness Coach Aarin Walker has launched a new goal-oriented training program to help people get on a new fitness regime. This new training regime is set to spark a new desire for healthy living, invigorate the body and rejuvenate the health system. In addition to this, the program also has with it a nutrition routine for people to keep up with what they are eating and what they are losing, by how much. He is a strong believer of Positive Reinforcements where goal achievements are met with rewards. Below are some of his workout routines :-
Yoga on Saturdays at 9 am and Sundays at 2 pm in Forest Park at the Cricket Field.
Zumba classes from 6:30 – 7:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings at the Forest Park 5595 Grand Drive on the corner of Cricket Drive and Pagoda Circle.
Double Dutch classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the Forest Park 5595 Grand Drive on the corner of Cricket Drive and Pagoda Circle.
