Many people may term in stocks in different companies as diversification but in the same country based on the same currency, this is still no diversification. That is the reason why many investors want to go beyond the borders of their country and invest in offshore real estates. As the rate of yield on real estates may differ from country to country, there are complexities that make it very hard for investors of an offshore real estate to break even.

Let’s take for example an investor from Nigeria wishes to invest in real estate in the United States of America, owing to the fact that the US is a land of prosperity as proclaimed by many. I like to diversify too, but many at times i usually think of thehigh cost and rigors of real estate. But with this, i can really go in to real estate investment without those fear. I am migrating my wealth by diversification
