heavy rain and a moderate breeze

Perfect, I’ve got a data heavy, admin, kinda day ahead again and so this fits perfectly around the day I’m gonna have, cool air blowing through the back windows with the pitter patter of the rain angry wanting to get through and soak those inside.

I really enjoy rain, maybe because I’m a ground sign and love the fact that the soil and the land is getting fed that rich life giving rain to so many plants, bushes and grasses, filling up those aquifers and removing the potential posting of messages about hose pipe bans (ok, so summer is over but still, one removes the other)

I’m currently waiting on a new contract to start, I’m chopping at the bit to get started on it but I do have other things to be working on into then, so much so that I really got into it yesterday and started making ‘relation’ between data sets for a layout that I’m playing with.

I think I’ve found the perfect little system to ‘add value’ to my other projects, I think by the time we hit 2020 I’ll have two projects move into v2 and this new one be the gateway to all the others — either way, they are gonna be super easy to maintain and update and that makes me happy at the stress and anxiety that it removes from the ‘upkeep’ part :)

media making, food and location -- big areas of life for 2002 that i'm firmly concentrating my time on and i want it to be as loose and flowing as possible. It's gonna mean some upgrades to have a pipeline to go completely mobile and it's probably gonna be using a lot more ARM technology in the process, more tinkering but with actual deliverables instead of pipedreams.

the food part i think is gonna be massive too because from where i'm looking that's gonna become a big discussion/issue/point of contention in this year to come and i think the location part will play a factor in to it all as well, the pull of needing/wanting to be as self sustaining as a node/unit/team is more than every and i'm determined to focus my time on that.

in other news in dapp land however. ..

@steemhunt dropped a massive update today actually about their v2 of their platform and while I’ve given it an initial read it’s something that I’m gonna have to try and unpack today just what is actually happening — I believe most is in reaction to changing out to be a decentralised SMT but also that we have a new chain being added to the HUNT side of things, I’m not sure about where this leaves the steem part at the moment but I’m excited regardless of it’s goals.

I’ll be posting lots of thoughts on it in the coming week, it might need a video a day on @dtube just to get through everything actually, it’s insane how much their is to get into! :)
