Digital Entertainment Asset Pte. Ltd. (PlayMining) launches #DEAPcoin $DEP Buyback program worth 40% of DEA's sales starting this month! 🤯

DEA co-founder and co-CEO naohito yoshida said that through the DEP buyback program, they aim to increase the value of DEP tokens over the medium to long term. He also said that the program will help to stabilize the PlayMining ecosystem and return profits to DEP holders.

📅The buyback program starts this month, January 2023. Timings and buyback amounts are to be determined based on the market trends and PlayMining's economic condition.

PlayMining continues its expansion with multiple games lined up to launch this year plus a metaverse initiative in the works.

The $DEP tokens earned by playing the games can be used in many ways, including trading on popular exchanges or purchasing NFTs.

DEA aims to create a fairer distribution platform for creators. Aside from their own Web3 games, they also partner with third-party game studios to launch NFT games on the PlayMining platform. Integrating DEP into their games gives developers a significant advantage, which opens up new monetization strategies for their intellectual property (IP).

According to Kozo Yamada, DEA’s co-founder and co-CEO, “It can be notoriously hard for small game studios to monetize their IPs.. The biggest distributors such as Nintendo and Apple take a huge cut from every sale, but our fees are much more reasonable. Through the empowerment of Web3 technology, we aim to build a GameFi library that rivals Nintendo!"

DEA celebrated 2022 with a number of successes. DEA secured US$10M investment from LDA Capital and a minority investment from Rakuten Capital. They also signed strategic web3 partnerships with Rakuten Group and YGG SEA, and a business alliance with #TVTokyo.
