Haaaaa. I think its symbolism or some kind of marker. Area 51 is literally a stones throw. I think they are markings for the "secret" military base. Or is that what they want you to think! No really I found the bullseye most disturbing. Like if were asking for a nuke.

Thanks! @nathanmars I could go.. with enough gas money... haaaaa. I'll probably never come back! That's definitely area 51. I didn't know until I saw Groom Lake. Then I knew... lol. I'm still really confused why we have a big @$$ bullseye just in the middle of nowhere and what they plan on hitting that bullseye with!
