I always find that Wednesday is a majestic day, in the sense of it being the day that when you wake up and it's still the start of the week and getting into the day take's a little longer due to the start of the week feel, but by midday it is almost the straight run to the weekend sort of feeling.
I'm not saying that you should be wishing your way through the week as every day should be as awesome as the last and next, but by the end of the work day I am thoroughly looking forward to getting stuck into the rest of the week so I can lay in on the weekend and do all of the stuff that i do not have time for during the working week.
I try to entertain myself within the first hour of waking up (05:35 am) by choosing a different word for the present day.... "Worry not Wednesday" was what i choose for today as I had a lot on at home, at work and and with friend's and family...
By doing this today I could not stop smiling all day as it sort of imprinted the saying in my brain, and followed through with all my task's and chore's of the day.
I also try not to look at any social media, new's or radio in the first hour of waking up (the only bit of tech i pay attention to is my alarm) as i feel like my brain and body is most prone to influence from any bad information and by reading social's or listening to the radio that contain's something even a little bit horrible, or not to my taste first thing could potentially ruin my whole day, or at least put a dull tone on the day ahead.
By doing this I can create my own mood and maintain a solid amount of happiness and focus throughout my day.
I am purely looking forward, thinking about my "word of the day" all day and stay productive.
Happiness at that time of the morning is vital to coming up with some of the great idea's I pass on to my colleague's and also help's me listen to people better and gain experience,wisdom and knowledge in a much more fluent way.
Podcast's and E-book's have helped me replace all of the usual crap that I used to focus on and now i find myself naturally wanting to learn more and get involved with activities that i never thought i would enjoy.
So Worry not Wednesday has been a good one for me today and i feel no anxiety, no stress and i am truly focused and driven to succeed with all of my personal goals.
I am writing this with one eye open and i am most certainly ready for bed time, for now take care and all the best!
