Here I proudly present you Daft Punk´s Essential Mix From 1997 for #wednesdayhouse of @andyjaypowell. It is a beautiful timeless mix which was shortly recorded after the " Homework " album release .
'Daft Punk's first and only Essential Mix was broadcast a month after the release of their debut album 'Homework' and highlights Thomas & Guy-Man's early influences. Chicago, represented by producers like Paul Johnson and Cajmere, meets Paris in the shape of French house pioneers like Cassius and Pepe Bradock. And of course the mix includes a handful of Daft Punk and Roule classics. The mix was recorded in Pedro Winter aka Busy P's flat! Source

Nice post. In our area of Aceh are not allowed for this music. But we often hear punk song from dvd or youtube. The music is very entertaining let alone could be heard directly.

Every wednesday we walked to a bar named "Velvet" and my Ex was spinning the vinyls there. It was a cozy little bar where everyone knew all the others (almost). Clubbing was so normal that the clubs & bars became our second homes. I slipped often behind the bar even though I wasn't working there or made the entrance and had fun with friends and guests.
Many hours of dancing and getting dehydrated as well.
