Bloom update on pheno hunt

We are about 2 weeks into bloom now and some phenotypes of certain strains are really taking off! Normally we would train these girls down to keep the canopy under control. However this time through we are selecting phenotypes of new strains we popped from seed and training can be very stressful on first generation genetics. We will have to do some big time stake work to keep these tall ladies under control!

I've heard alot of questions about sexing out male and female plants. As all the males have been killed, unfortunately I can just show you an early female flower. Hopefully it gives you an idea but basically if you see little white hairs then it should be female. However some plants that show these hairs will also throw male flowers as well. Essentially a hermaphrodite.

Having an auto water system is definitely crucial for this size room. Make sure if you do have such a setup to check your nozzles for clogs daily to avoid a potential disaster.

I end this post with an underside shot of one of the four rows in the room. Having a clean underside of your canopy is crucial. Most problems tend to start in the soil and move upward. Don't neglect the soil health of your plants you will get burned! Happy steeming everyone!
