    *phew! Glad you assured us of that. If the story ended like this, I would be mad that I'd read it. Fiction is my escape from the horrors of the real world. Now to see what "powers" our heroine has, and how she'll use them.... what a brutal ending here, and the ol' police station as no safe haven after all, but all part of the problem. Awesome story!
