Weekend Recipes #12 / Mushrooms Sauteed with Vegetables - Jamur dan Sayuran Tumis

Today is March 4th, 2018, the first weekend in March 2018. This weekend's recipe is mushrooms sauteed with vegetables. The recipe is as follows:

Ingredients :

100 grams of mushroom
1 stalk pokcoy
½ broccoli
5 cloves shallot
1 clove garlic
4 pieces green chili
1/2 tomato
Oil for sauteing
Salt

Steps :

Prepare all ingredients, cut vegetables and mushrooms. Slice shallots, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes

Prepare the pan, heat the oil, stir-fry the ingredients that have been sliced

Hari ini 4 Maret 2018 , akhir pekan pertama di bulan Maret 2018. Resep akhir pekan kali ini adalah jamur dan sayur tumis. Resepnya adalah sebagai berikut :

Bahan-bahan :

100 gram jamur merang
1 tangkai pokcoy
½ bonggol brokoli
5 siung bawang merah
1 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabe hijau
1/2 buah tomat
Minyak untuk menumis
garam

Cara Membuatnya :

1. Siapkan semua bahan, sayur dan jamur dipotong-potong.
2. Bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe hijau dan tomat dirajang.
3. Siapkan wajan, panaskan minyak, tumis bahan yang telah dirajang
4. Masukkan sayur dan jamur, tambahkan garam
5. Siap untuk dihidangkan
