Today is April 15, 2018, the third weekend in April 2018. This weekend's recipe is Asam Keueng Tuna. Aceh cuisine in general has a sour taste that comes from asam sunti the Averrhoa bilimbi which is dried and salted. In addition to the sour taste, Aceh cuisine is also rather spicy, spicy flavor can be obtained from pepper and cayenne pepper. One typical Aceh cuisine that is very sour and spicy is Asam Keueng. The recipe is as follows:



Ingredients :

500 grams of tuna
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp pepper
2 cm turmeric
½ cm ginger
5 pieces of green chilli split lengthwise
6 fruit Averrhoa bilimbi thinly sliced lengthwise
4 lbr curry leaves
Salt
½ Lime

Steps :

Prepare all ingredients. Clean the fish, add salt and lime juice







Process garlic, pepper, cayenne pepper, asam sunti, turmeric and ginger in food processor until fairly well blended. Mix with the fish, put in the pan, add the green chilli, bilimbi, curry leaves and two glasses of water. Cook until boiling, add water, cook again until the fish is cooked

Hari ini 15 April 2018 , akhir pekan ketiga di bulan April 2018. Resep akhir pekan kali ini adalah AsamKeueng Tuna. Masakan Aceh pada umumnya mempunyai cita rasa asam yang berasal dari asam sunti yaitu belimbing wuluh yang dikeringkan dan diberi garam. Selain rasa asam, masakan Aceh juga agak pedas, rasa pedas bisa didapat dari merica dan cabe rawit. Salah satu masakan khas Aceh yang sangat terasa asam dan pedasnya adalah AsamKeueng. Resepnya adalah sebagai berikut :

Bahan-bahan :

500 gram ikan tuna
10 buah cabe rawit
1 siung bawang putih
1 sdt ketumbar
½ sdt merica
2 cm kunyit
½ cm jahe
5 buah cabe hijau dibelah memanjang
6 buah belimbing wuluh diiris tipis memanjang
4 lbr daun kari
Garam
½ Jeruk Nipis

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Siapkan semua bahan. Bersihkan ikan, beri garam perasan jeruk nipis.
  2. Haluskan bawang putih, merica, cabe rawit, asam sunti, kunyit dan jahe.
  3. Aduk bumbu dengan ikan, masukkan dalam wajan, tambahkan cabe hijau, belimbing wuluh, daun kari dan dua gelas air. Masak hingga mendidih, tambahkan air, masak kembali hingga ikannya matang.
  4. Siap dihidangkan
