The next dream beginner + my entry to Weekly 250. Are you with me?

Hi, everybody. There have been a lot of reports on the platform lately, that newcomers need to be supported. @jasonshick published a post, that every minnow can get a delegation of 250 SP per week. I want to tell you, what I'll do with this delegation, if I win. I'm new to Steemit. Every day I see a lot of good posts, but due to the fact, that the user has few followers, the post is gaining few votes. It is even so, that for the post vote more than 100 people,but the post is gaining a few dollars due to the fact, that users have little SP and their voice is worth very little. What do you think it's like, to realize, that you wrote a good post, having a lot of people vote for it, but still get a small reward? It's sad. Any effort must be rewarded. If this post will get at least one meaningful voice - it will greatly increase the reward. This will give strength to the author of the post, will show, that he does a good job and does it for good reason. This is a great motivation and support! This is the first.

Second. I am the author of posts in the community @familyprotection. This community helps people, who are in trouble. The creators of this community @canadian-coconut and @markwhittam do a great job every day. There is an unspoken rule, that a certain amount from the post the author transfers to the community as a donation. This money goes to a good cause. I will vote for such posts, thereby increasing the reward and hence the amount donated to the community.

And finally the third. I like to encourage good comments to posts. It is believed that the post will die without comments. agree with this thought. After all, the reaction of the audience is very important. When we write a post, we want to hear the opinions of others. I want to reward users, who write good comments. Perhaps it will be a motivation to write really good thoughts and opinions rather than spam in the form of "this is a great post" "this is cool" "I like it".
