This seems as good a place as any to document my healthy eating journey so here goes. I know what I need to eat and not eat to stay healthy. I know it is nobody's responsibility except my own to see to eating correctly. That said; after losing 75 pounds over a 6 month span nearly 5 years ago I have been slacking. I have all sorts of excuses but what it comes down to is I took the easy road. Due to my own laziness I have now gained back 26 pounds. My doctor pointed out 3 days ago that this is not acceptable from a health standpoint and that I need to get back on track. To hold myself accountable to my goal of losing 20 pounds by the end of April of this year I am going to blog about it here.
