Even 2-3 days a week for 15-25 minutes is better than nothing, my specialty is training around a hectic schedule, for busy adults, parents, and essentially anybody who doesn't want to spend all day in the gym but they would be willing to put 20 minutes aside 2-4 days a week to look better. I will be posting twice daily! Thanks for the upvotes:) New to this whole system so any tips please let me know
