September I was 75kgs (152lbs) on October I lost 10kgs (11lbs) due to illness. I was 65kgs (131lbs) on November 14.
Between November 14 and December 10, in 25 days I've gained 11lbs (5kgs) to 141lbs (70kgs).
It took me only 14 days, yes two weeks to gain 10lbs I am now 74/75kgs I am back to being overweight the way I like it. 5'8 at 75kgs (151lbs)
I've been eating home made potato fries, rice, goat meat, beef, chicken, garlic, plenty water. Homemade whole wheat bread, rabbit meat, butternuts, maize meal porridge. All organic no GMO, no processed foods.
I also work out everyday compound calisthenics.
So my journey continues I want get to 80, 90, 100kgs God willing.
If 3500 excess calories is a pound of weight gain then in 25 days (November 14 to December 10) I've eaten 38500 excess calories. That's average of 1540 EXCESS calories per day or 0.44 pounds daily weight gain (199 grams daily weight gain). Then this last 14 days (December 10 to December 24) I gained average of 2750 EXCESS calories per day (357 grams daily weight gain.).
