LOSING WEIGHT AND BUILDING MUSCLE!? Is it possible? YES! A few ways to start an addictive lifestyle

Hello fellow steemers!

Many of my Youtube follower's and individuals I know in real life have asked me to give away a secret to losing weight. Guess what? THERE IS NO SECRET! I know, it sounds generic and repetitive but it holds a lot of truth since losing weight comes in a few forms:

- Cardiovascular Activity: You've gotta do it, in order to lose it! Cardio comes in many different forms to make it easier and fun to lose weight! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Regular 20-30 minute jog, 10 minute sprint & pause, etc. And it can be done on a treadmill, cycling bike, walking or/and jogging around a track, park, or around your house! It doesn't matter where you do it, but how CONSISTENT you are!

Dieting: Don't make diet do your head in! Take charge of your diet, by simply cutting back on CALORIES. Calories are gonna be your best friend/worst enemy depending on how you decide to cut calories out of your life. It's simple, you gotta be DETERMINED to cut back on sugars (Coca Cola, Twinkies, Snickers, Cheetos, Lays chips, etc.) and replace them with healthy portions of fruit! Which can give you natural sugars and allow you to be productive throughout the day. What type of fruits? ANY! Grapes, bananas, strawberries (YUM!), blueberries, kiwi's, watermelon, etc.

How would you replace starchy meals? You don't have to give up on meat, you can still consume meat but at a SMALLER portion. So consuming three big meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) but with minimum amount of starchy carbs like white bread, french fries, sweet potatoes fries (unless baked and homemade), biscuits, etc. For meat, you can simply replace things like Hamburgers with Turkey burgers, fish (salmon, tuna, tilapia, catfish, as long as it's baked!), Tofu, etc.


WATER! It's gonna be your aiding supply in order to keep your body energized and electrified!
