Today was a bit taxing on the motivation as when I weighted myself the scale didn't budge much but agian in all fairness I have been on and off the last few days with all the personal stuff going on. I have been on point with everything but still I could have been a bit better.
I am making it a point for the next few days to be a lot more strict and do a two a day workout. I also took my fitbit off this morning when I showered and being the bone head I am I couldn't find it. I am going to go on the hunt in a bit here cause I have no idea how I could have lost it but I am sure I can track it down.
We did make some newfood and I am excited as we made some chili. I really love chili as it goes well for any meal of the day.
Well I guess I will just get to it and stop rambling here.
Food I ate for the day
As I was saying I did some food prep. I kept it basic but I am excited about the chili. We are going to be picking up chicken wings tomorrow to so I feel like a spoiled child!
Workout for the day
I misplaced my fitbit so I don't have any data to show but I did a solid hour on the speedbag. It felt great as it has been sometime since I was able to use the speed bag. I like to work my right arm until it feels like its about to fall off and then switch to my left. There is no real plan going into a speed bag workout but I just want to keep my heart rate up and get a good sweat on.
I did finish with a good 20 minutes of Yoga. I just focus on stretching my arms out good and always working on my flexibility!
Sleep last night
Luckily I was able to get my sleep data. I did get a good sleep in and woke up refresh. I have been sleeping really great lately.
