Hello Steemit!
Just popping in to do a quick update blog. I do apologize as yesterday I had some unfortunate news so I didn’t do an update. Though to update you on what happened yesterday I ate pretty much the same stuff and did a heavy bag workout. The food I prepped for the week is coming to an end so I will be switching it up but be keeping it, Keto.
Well, I won’t ramble on too much but get right to it.
Food I Ate for the Day
I pretty much just ate the food I have had prepped. I did eat some spinach which I talked about in my DTube video but for the most part, its been the same all week. Here is the daily break down!
Workout for the day
Well, I do apologize but I didn’t have my Fitbit charged at the time so I didn’t record it but I did do 40 minutes of Yoga. I just wanted to stretch out after the workout I did yesterday and I was in a pretty down mood due to the news I received yesterday but I just have to keep moving forward. In its place, I thought I would leave you with this pretty cool comparison off my family picture from this year and compare it to the previous years. I purposely wore the same shirt for we could do this picture. Its an amazing before and after picture. My wife has been killing it as well on her weight loss. Its been an unbelievable journey and it's still not over but I am loving every moment of it.
