Hello all,
This is my first post. I thought I would share my journey through weightloss. I figured this would be a good outlet for me. This should help motivate me, earn and learn about this steem and lose weight. A month ago I started at 376lbs, this morning I jumped on the scale. The LED light reflected back to me and read 356lbs. In 1 month I have lost 20lbs. I have been following a keto diet. I keep my carb cound below 20g/day. I eat meat and cheese mainly. Which is awesome. I love meat and cheese. I also love bread and pasta and frankly that's what led me to where I am now. I have had 2 cheat days this month. It did stall my weightloss. I might have been 25lbs down instead of 20lbs but at least it is heading in the right direction. For now I am going to sign off and look around this site. In the future I will post some progress pictures.
