Many people know what they should eat, but they don't know when to eat it. It usually causes a lot of problems because people need to know when they should eat.

Your body requires a great deal of discipline when it comes to consuming food on a regular basis and at the appropriate intervals, which is why eating the right food at the right time is so important. In the morning, the best time to eat is within 30 minutes of waking up. Eat breakfast between 7 and 8 a.m. and make sure it contains plenty of protein. The best time to eat lunch is between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
