I am an average weight loss participant. My weight loss journey has reached a plateau despite my efforts to see improvements in my lifestyle. The way I look is not my goal, but the change that I look for in myself. This will help me to fit in better with other people and improve my social interactions. Let me know if you agree that there is enough to motivate you to lose weight for better social interactions and diet. Before starting my journey, let me tell you a bit about myself. I am married with a daughter in six months and most of my free time is spent at home.

My husband works full time, and we provide for our daughter as best as we can. Unfortunately, we both work more than our free time which requires us to be more than one and half years divorced. So I don’t say yes to most activities because I have to work and it can be my only chance to bond with my daughter.

People around me take matters in hand and ask if I can cook. So if I decide to cook something, I must understand the recipe first. In addition, I must be able to reach my purpose of self and be able to do the work. The primary reason for me to work part-time is because of a school permit that I am given by the government to help me raise my daughter.

Although I earn from the centre and my free time is included for the food we put in the fridge. I have a desire to lose weight because it was missing in me. I am a healthy eater. I eat nutritious foods every day such as organic food such as tomatoes, potatoes, kale, cauliflower, milk, seeds, and lentils. I do three meals per day. During my last day at home, I rarely do the workout because my husband is unable to cook and I don’t eat too much because I don’t feel so hungry. I have to cut my meals and snacks in half and spend less time in the kitchen on the weekends. I am the first to sign up for a meal plan exercise and want my husband to accompany me to our new fitness bar.

Lifestyle

I wash down every meal with fruit juice. After the meal, I go to my new fitness bar where we have only one cucumber and seven vegetables. After lunch, I skip breakfast, but afterwards, I have dinner and am ready to start my workout.

This exercise will break up my muscles in a better way

I just enjoyed this exercise, it was really good. This exercise will break up my muscles in a better way and take time off my plate.
