Keto has worked so well for me, I lost over 30 pounds since starting in February 2017. That is down about 15% of my original body weight!
The best benefit (besides the weight loss) is I feel more energized and I don’t get sleepy due to blood sugar spikes and crashes. It is also easier for me to fall asleep and wake up in the morning. Cheers!
