The surge of children visiting my clinic (Ritu's Diet) with various ailments is what inspired me to create this post. A teenage girl presented with obesity, hyperthyroidism, PCOD, and elevated triglycerides. I eventually realized that children needed to be taught a lifelong habit of eating well for both mental and physical strength.
