Don't you think that if people were less forced to be "normal" by family, friends and society, the world would be a much better place? I do believe it, being weird is what makes each one of us unique. In fact, weird people shaped, and are shaping the future of humanity... the very community we are writing on right now, was created thanks to people that saw the world differently, and were probably seen by others around them as "nerdy" or "weird".

As I think about it, the movies, songs, street art, videos that I have enjoyed the most, are usually the ones that are that little bit out of the ordinary, those that make you think, those that shock your very core for a while and leave a long lasting print on your mind. It is quite sane, in my opinion, to set your thoughts and instincts free and follow the weird road to creativity and imagination, that road that seems to be slowly disappearing from society.

It is very true that has become way too easy to adopt the “be like us” mentality and lead a "normal" life in order to fit, to be part of everything else around us, but is that what makes you tick? Not really...

All I really wanted to say today to all of you is: Please keep being weird, people love weird, the world needs weird... and most of all, thanks to all the weird people that are making our lives more interesting by showing us new ways, new technologies, new ideas, new art, new music...
