Anxious about not having enough time in the day?

You could be losing time on your phone and not even realizing it.

On average Americans check their phone 262 times or every 5.5 minutes!

And what’s scary is we probably don’t even realize it 😬

So if you’re finding that you’re looking at your phone more often then not, and almost instinctively, this is just a bad habit that can be changed!

And the quickest way to start changing a bad habit is to replace it with a new one.

What habit would be best?? Well you can choose in the moment depending on what you’re feeling.

🔸 bored and wanting to connect? REACH FOR your breath! Connect with your soul, the universe
🔸 stressed and need a break? REACH FOR your pen! Unwind by writing your thoughts
🔸 tired and want to wake up? REACH FOR your headphones! Jam to music for 1 minute

Don’t let your phone get the best of you!! Change that bad habit into one that fulfills you instead of depletes you.
