Adalah favorit banyak orang.
Perpaduan antara rasa gurih, pedas, asam dan manis pecah di mulut.

Nah ini dia ikannya, ikan bandeng yang sudah di lumuri garam dan dua sendok air lemon.

Bumbunya terdiri dari cabe merah, cabe hijau, bawang merah, bawang putih, dan lemon.

Nah, ini dia sudah mandi bumbu.

Sedangkan sambal rajangnya (cucol) terdiri dari cabe kecil, bawang merah, tomat, kecap manis, dan kecap asin.

Sambal ini juga bisa digunakan untuk nyucol tempe goreng.
