Million Doller Idea. Steemit Cooperative Bank. Let's Start Together.

Dear brother and sister of Steemit community, today I want to introduce an Idea for making a Community of People who Join Together and make a Steemit Co-operative Bank which is register in Steemit Blockchain.

We are all members of this community deposit some SBD into this Bank . This Bank control by group of people whose identity is known to every body and decided by these community members.
Our goal is to create a Fund and secure this fund and everybody have same percentage of deposit in this Bank for our future/ immergency need.
The person who Join in this community should disclosed his/her identity proof by submitting national identity card and he need witness also and should deposit a certain amount of SBD into this Cooperative Bank.
Everymonth community give Some Person a certain amount of SBD for his use with an agreement that he return the amount within a time period with added Interest that is decided by community.

The Rules and Regulation for operating this Bank will be decided by community member and governing members will be decided by voting.
This Bank is created as a Non Profit Organisation for helping only community members.

To Avoid cheating we have to make some witness for each and every member of this community the witness take the Responsibility of the person in case of cheating.
My Dear Friend This is a Very Big Idea. Let's my brother and sister of this community take the decesion whether they go for it or not by commenting Yes or No and make real idea.

All Fund Raise by this post will donate for Creating The Cooperating Bank if Realy Exist otherwise it will go Solely on a charitable organisation operating by Steemit .
