It appears that the trend now is focusing on catching the Whales, such as monitoring the Whales activities before posting. So, I would like to suggest another way of catching the Whales, which I believe I learned this principle by playing Pokemon.
As we all know, within Pokemon we need a certain grade of Pokeball to capture Pokemons that are higher in rank. Thus, we should also focus on our content (Pokeball), instead of whether there are appearances of Whales at the moment that we are posting. So I am suggesting that having a Great and Valuable Content (UltraBall) would definitely capture the upvotes of the Whales.
