Tonight I attended the awesome curation show at the Whaleshares server again.
As usual, the attendees were asked to make a picture including the words 'whaleshares'. This time, the theme was flags. It just so happens that I have a Flemish Lion flag in my front yard because Flemish Community Day is coming up (11 July).
Since it was night in my timezone, everyone in my house was already sleeping. I rushed outside armed with a flashlight, my smartphone and a piece of paper with "whaleshares" written on it. I put the flashlight on a windowsill to light the flag and used the flash on my smartphone to light my face. The resulting selfie can be seen below.
In the end there were only two entries including my own. The other entry was by @bushkill. The voting started and... I won!
