Hello Steemian.
In Australian coasts the humpback and blue whales migration season continues and they make their way along WA’s coast, often coming so close to shore.
So we should to update Whale Sonar to next v.1.0.3 version to add the missing whales.
Let me present some new features:
1. Upvote information in popup window
Hover mouse to any whale, so he will stop and will appear information about current upvote, curator's account status and some info about post. Do not delay the whale for a long time coz he is in a hurry to other authors =)
2. New species of whales.
Now whales with more than 1000 Mgests are divided into 3 types:
Blue whale | > 3000 Mgests
Fin whale | 1500 ... 2999 Mgests
Humpback whale | 1000 ... 1499 Mgests |
3. The size of killer whales and dolphins increases in accordance with curator's account power (Mgests). So now you might be surprised that your dolphin or killer whale has grown.
4. New motion transitions.
In previous version marine inhabitants moved with constant acceleration. Now the acceleration for each whale / dolphin is random and is calculated by 3 different transition formulas ease-in, linear, ease-in-out
5. Optimization to save PC resources.
When you minimize the window or switch to a new browser tab, the animation stops, but the sounds are continue playing, showing the activity of the sonar.
Ideas for next releases:
- Visualization of hunting whales for your post.
- Sound notification when voting for your post (let's say the sound of a falling coin)
- Statistics for your last posts in real time (RT)
- Indication of global distribution of rewards in RT
- Statistics of curators' 24/7 activity (now I'm thinking about best way to design it)
- Your ideas?
