Question: Is building a p2p exchange on Steem a good idea?

I am building swapsteem.online where we want the Steem users to be able to buy and sell Fiat and goods, services etc in return of Steem or SBD.we have currently set up a chat server for the same at https://swapsteem.online Is it a good idea to realize this into a web app.
