http://Haejin.com: Some say that #BTC #ETF will stifle transactions because #Bitcoins will be vacuumed up leaving less for the “people’. I disagree.
Let’s say #ETFs owned all but 1 #Bitcoin. True, that 1 #Bitcoin can not be inflated into 2. However, it can be deflated into two 1/2 of #BTC. And this deflationary splitting can be infinite.
So, if 1 #Sat is 100 millionth of 1 #BTC, there will still be plenty of #BTC #Sats for the “people”.
Even a #Sat can be endlessly split by deflationary mode.
What if #ETFs collude with Central Banks and suddenly release all the #BTCs? Simple, a rebalance to equilibrium will take place.
