A total nugget and blast from the past. I had known of Abraham's conflict with the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah. How he went against armies with members of his own household, 318 strong. How he won. But I was reminded of another excursion, how hornets chased the enemy in the cases of David or Moses. The argument was God of the mountain, not of the valley, both leading to the enemy's defeat. Then the brother of Islam colorized it and added computer graphic; how something more than bee sting acted as bullets, in the time before bullets, that not only chased the enemy but tore the enemy apart like some action flick. I'm thinking something more apocalyptic like Revelation; part scorpion, part woman, part horse who's sting left mankind debilitated up to but not including death. That's what Islam's depiction of Abraham's army meant to me.
