The Diary Game- Tuesday 22 Sep 2020.

Hello Steemians

This is my diary post for Tuesday 22 Sep 2020.

This week is going to be good as compared to the last one since the month-end is coming. I hope that the remaining days of the week will be better and unlike the last week, it was so hectic.

From today 3 days left for the weekend and then I'll get two days to spend for my convenience and choice and I will do raised as well as some more activities on the steem platform. I can also say that its just the start of the week and I am expecting the weekend too early.

Talking about today I get up at 5.50 am thereafter went outside for the morning walk. I came back at 6:25 am and I always try to go for a morning walk for about half an hour depending upon the schedule if I get more time than I do it for even more time. Even if I do it for 15 minutes then also good rather that not at all going.

I also had start yoga sessions in the morning for 15 minutes. After the yoga session, I had a shower and got ready at 7am to start work. I had a break of 30 minutes at 9 am to have breakfast and tea and along with a glimpse of news to know about the world and the country. I started working again after this break and the next break I took at 1 p.m. for lunch.

After the work, I took rest for about thirty minutes and had tea thereafter. I went outside for some fitness activities like walk and cycling for some time at 5:30 and came back at 7:00 p.m. I had dinner at 9 p.m. thereafter had a short walk and went for sleep.

Overall it was a good day because I had no much work pressure and I also got enough time to do fitness activities along with spending time with family and even for the rest.
