其實，現在要開始準備前後院的入秋整理，於是頂著烈日尚午去The Home Depot (建築五金園藝材料行)，今年要幫朋友家的後院加固花壇的結構，並且還要為自己的院子種上能越冬的菊科植物。
昨日才把從朋友處採收下來的李子做成果凍，今天又有一堆藍莓要煮成果醬了，夏天的院子都是在忙收成和儲藏的工作，低頭在院子深處採摘時常會撞上蝴蝶，蜜蜂或是稱為黃衫客的黃蜂，大家相安無事，因為太陽的溫度往往把莓果的香味蒸騰更加香甜，吸引了食物鏈中大大小小的事主來共享。
會繼續忙到深秋
