從昨日就開始悶熱異常...

從昨日就開始悶熱異常，快被秋老虎晒乾的加拿大薄荷Mentha canadensis 要趕快採收，經過去蕪存菁，洗洗切切，然後起油鍋炒熟它們，在這中間加了鹽和白酒提香, 待湯汁收乾後就離火放涼，晚一點裝成小袋，放進冷凍庫裡就能吃很久。😊

可以拿來當成九層塔的替代品，炒蛋和紅燒肉類都能用到。如果能夠好好過冬，明年夏末還能再收成一次~~~~

最近都在寫"種田文"啊～🤣🤣🤣
