今年很多地方上班的不忙，然后又朋友爆料说自己在一个工厂在普工，每个月平均工资6000左右，她最近比较烦躁，因为她们前一段时间换了一个班长，然后很多人的请班长吃饭，如果不请班长吃饭的话，周末基本上就不怎么安排加班，现在不忙工资也不高一个月四五千块钱，如果请吃饭的话最少也要五六百块钱，因为不可能只叫一个人去这样子比较尴尬，一般的是叫好几个人，自己每个月还要还贷款，家里还有小孩读书，压力特别的大，基本上都没有多余的钱，在去请别人吃饭就可以说雪上加霜了，工资高还好主要是现在工资又不是很高，基本上都是周末休息了很少加班，真的不知道怎么办
