食材:
🍐雪梨一个、冰糖适量、枸杞、红枣

做法:
梨洗净去皮切小和红枣一起放入锅里，加入适量水煮开后转小火炖20分钟

再放入冰糖和枸杞煮5分钟出锅

小贴士:
梨润肺清热，与冰糖同用润肺止咳效果更好。
